Video Poker
General Rules
In order to start playing video poker, you need to click on the "coin" icon to
pick the amount of credits you are going to play with. When you hit the
"Payouts" button, you will be able to see the payout scale for video
poker.
You are allowed to bet between one to five credits at once. In betting, there are two choices:
- For every credit you you wish to bet on a hand, click on the "bet one" button.
- If you want to bet five credits on a hand, click on the "bet max" button one time. When you click on the "bet max" button, you are placing the maximum bet and automatically starting the first deal, so you don't need to click on the "deal" button.
Push the "Deal" button to get your cards after you have placed your bet.
Once you click on the "deal" button, you will see five cards on your screen. Now you need to decide which cards you would like to keep. You are given the option of re-dealing only once and you also have only one attempt to pick between zero to five new cards. If you would like to keep a card, you must pick it separately. You will see the word "held" on the card you kept. This means that it will not be replaced when you pick new cards. When you select a card a second time, you are electing to keep it, therefore the word "held" will no longer be shown on it.
You may elect to keep all the cards and not pick any new cards, if you have five good cards (a pat hand). However, if you have all bad cards, you may elect to get rid of all of your cards and pick five new cards.
You should hit the "deal" button, when you would like to pick new cards. This will replace the cards that do not have the word "held" on them and you will then have your final hand. Your acquired credits are deposited directly into your account if you win.
