Is online gambling legal?
Gambling online for real money is legal in most countries. However, some

How old do I need to be to play?

How do I get started?
First you need to create an account. After your account is created you will
need to deposit funds into your account. As soon as money is in your account
you can download the software, play our instant play java games, bet on your

What is my PIN? Why do I have to have
one?
Your PIN is your Personal Identification Number. This number is needed for you
to have the ability to withdraw any money. Your PIN is distributed via regular
mail as soon as you make your first deposit. You should receive your PIN
within five to seven business days of making your initial deposit.
We require you to have a PIN mailed to you for security reasons. One of the most important aspects of your gaming account is to ensure the highest level of security. We want you to rest assured that your funds are always safe. You should never inform other people of your PIN. We do not send it via email because email can be an insecure medium.
Why is it that I can only withdraw money via
checks?
Most credit card companies do not allow money to be refunded back to the card

How am I assured that the cards are being
dealt fairly?

Why do I have to periodically upgrade my
software?
From time to time we update our software. We have a system that allows us to
dynamically update your software. When you first connect to our server through
your software we detect your software version to make sure you are using the
most up to date version. If you are using an older version we update your
software to the newest version to maximize your playing experience. If there
are any large-scale changes, such as multiple new games, we will send you a
new CD that contains the newest version of the software.
What is Free Money?
Free Money is the currency we use when you are awarded any type of bonus
money. Bonuses can be earned when you make a deposit, through redeeming your
Club Cash points, or by spinning the Big Wheel 'O' Free Money.
Free Money cannot be withdrawn from your account. As you play any of our games your Free Money balance will be used in tandem with your real money at a ratio determined by the casino and sportsbook manager.
