How does an Affiliate Program work?
An Affiliate Program harnesses the traffic from your website to help you earn additional income. When a visitor to your site clicks on the link we have provided, that visitor will go to our site. If the visitor makes a deposit on our site, you earn a percentage in the form of commission.

What does it mean to become a Mayagaming Affiliate?
If you have a website, a mailing list, have access to offline marketing methods, or if you are an entrepreneur you can become an Affiliate. All you need to do is place a link or banner on your website, in any form provided by us. You can also market via HTML or text e-mails using mailing lists you own, or offline via flyers, business cards or CD software downloads available on our website.
Is my site eligible to become a Mayagaming Affiliate site?
Mayagaming works with a number of quality sites. We reserve the right to refuse any site containing objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups.
What will it cost me to join?
There is NO fee or upfront investment needed to participate in this Program. All you need to do is sign up, get your unique Affiliate ID, select a payment plan, and start sending players through to our online casinos and poker rooms.
How much effort does joining involve?
We appreciate how valuable your time is, and that's why we've gone out of our way to make this the most user-friendly, hassle-free system possible.
How many Affiliate Programs am I allowed to join?
You may join as many as you want. But for best results we do advise that you only select those Programs that suit your audience.
How do I go about joining the Mayagaming affiliate Program?
Once you join, we will give you a unique Affiliate number as well as a password of your choice. You can then go to http://www.mayagaming.com/affiliate/ and use your Affiliate ID and password to login.
How do I change my personal information?
Send an e-mail to affiliates@mayagaming.com with your username & website address and enter your request in the body of the e-mail.
How much can I earn marketing the online casinos?
How much commission can I earn promoting the Mayagaming Casino & Sportsbook.
With the customer-based revenue we offer you revenue of between 25-50% commissions with a guaranteed 50% commission for your first 2 months. Currently we do not offer any CPA or Hybrid deals.
How do I define a new customer to Mayagaming?
A player is defined as a new customer to Mayagaming when he/she makes their first purchase at our online casino, poker room or sports book.

Start earning commission when you bring in new purchasing poker players. You'll earn 25-50% commissions with a guaranteed 50% commission for your first 2 months. Currently we do not offer any CPA or Hybrid deals.
What is a raked hand?
A hand is raked when the pot reaches a set amount for the specific table. This is only applicable to games where an ante is not used.
How are Chargebacks handled?
There is no difference in the way we will handle chargebacks. The purchase amount will be deducted from the Affiliate earnings.

Mayagaming currently has 1 payment method in use:
Check: Regular: 7-14 days for delivery – minimum check amount $100.
Courier: 3 to 5 days at a cost of $35, if the check is over $1,000

How often am I paid?
Mayagaming processes all Affiliate payments by the 15th day of each month, providing the payment is more than $100
How do I keep track of my earnings?
You can view your stats online by logging into your Mayagaming account on our website. Select the period that you wish to view, and click on "Generate". Please note that the "All" option will generate a report of your stats for all the online casinos and poker rooms combined.
Am I only paid on a player's first purchase?
As a Mayagaming Affiliate you will benefit from any players you refer to our online casinos or poker rooms for as long as they are wagering at any of the online casinos or poker rooms. Your Affiliate ID is permanently linked to the referred player's account, and every time they play, we effectively track their losses to you. This is called residual or lifetime income.
